It all started 50 years ago, when John Philips bought his first truck and set up a small business delivering paint.

Since those humble beginnings back in 1974, John K. Philips Group Ltd has grown to become one of the biggest distribution companies in the Northwest of England with a solid reputation for excellence and value for money.

Today, we operate an extensive modern fleet from our base in Warrington, distributing a range of goods throughout the UK and internationally.

Currently, our fleet consists of:

• 1.2 tonne capacity vans
• 18 tonne rigids with tail lifts
• 26 tonne rigids with tail lifts
• 44 tonne tractor units

John K. Philips Group has long specialised in the transportation of dangerous goods and chemicals, so all our drivers are ADR trained and all vehicles are ADR compliant.

We also have an impressive 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse, making us the ideal one-stop-shop for all your supply chain needs.

Transport logistics and customer service operations are based in our busy Warrington headquarters, strategically located just off the M6, M62 and M56 motorways. From here, orders are taken, tailored customer solutions are created and transport planners control operations in realtime. The fact that everything is centralised and integrated helps us to provide a seamless, efficient service that keeps costs to a minimum.
